User password
All TramitApp users receive an alphanumeric password in their email that ensures secure access to the platform.
Security is very important to us, that is why, when a new user is registered on TramitApp, they receive a ten character password in their email, combining letters and numbers, generated randomly.
Passwords are secure if they are not used on multiple sites. On TramitApp, the password can't be changed to prevent our users from using unsecure passwords or from using them on different platforms. We want to protect our users' data this way.
If an employee loses their password, they should go to their supervisor or Human Resources department to have the password reset and receive a new one in their email.
