How to plan with Artificial Intelligence

✨ Planning shifts with artificial intelligence:

Go to the draft you are working on or create a new one and start creating the open shifts you want TramitApp to assign for you.

Click here to learn how to create open shifts.

Once you have created as many shifts as you need to assign, they will be displayed as open shifts at the top of the draft.

Now you just have to go to the drop-down menu of the Actions button and click on the Magic button.

This will take you to a screen where you will have to fill in the dates on which you want those shifts to be covered, and the filters or criteria that the shift allocation should take into account.

TramitApp will read all the information and suggest the appropriate people to cover those shifts.

You confirm and publish the draft.
