How to Access TramitApp (by credentials or SSO)

You can access your TramitApp platform using access credentials or Single Sign-On.

It is possible to log in to TramitApp and identify yourself using credentials, either through the web or the TramitApp Employee app, in the following ways:

Access with Platform Credentials

You can log in to TramitApp with the username and password sent in the "Welcome Email". It is important to copy and paste the email and password as indicated in the email to avoid typing errors. We advise this because the password is made up of alphanumeric characters and is case-sensitive.

👉 If the access credentials are not remembered, it is necessary for the HR responsible or department to reset the user's password and receive a new one via email.

Access with Microsoft or Google SSO/Single Sign-On

Another way to log in to TramitApp is with Single Sign-On (SSO). Google and Microsoft SSO are enabled by default for all users. It is necessary to ensure that the email used in Microsoft or Google is the same as the email registered as a TramitApp user (both must be identical in terms of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, etc.).

* Some more restrictive Azure AD configurations may prevent users from logging in unless the active directory administrator permits it. In these cases, additional configuration will be required. Access with Passwordless Magic Link

You can also log in to TramitApp using a magic link. This is a way to access the platform securely without a password.

From the TramitApp login screen, you can click on Log in without a password and enter the email registered with TramitApp.

After that, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access TramitApp. Note that this link will be valid for one hour.
